The curriculum at hand is for individuals who experience the wear and tear of life, mostly 30+ years of age but not exclusive to that range. From the bodybuilder who has plateau'd because of her shoulder limitations to single father who is experiencing low back pain from working all day and wrangling the kids.
Problems it solves
Truth be told, the problem most likely is a muscular imbalance . One group of muscles is over active while its opposing muscle group is underactive. The second solution is understanding how the imbalance occured to begin with, providing you with knowledge of its prevention. Anything beyond our coaches scope of practice will be reffered to a medical professional within that field.
